Torch River Resources Ltd. (“Torch”) announces that on May 15, 2007 the Board of Directors approved the issuance of 1,230,000 share options to certain directors and officers of Torch at an exercise price of $0.38 per share. The options have a term that ends on May 15, 2012 and vest immediately. Torch is a company listed and trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, symbol: TCR.
