Dear Shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was given by Torch River Resources Ltd. CEO Mr. Bill Pfaffenberger.

"Yes, we have a drill program planned for Red Bird which should begin in July. We also have an update due for the NI 43-101 on Red Bird which should be out in the coming month."
