It would be nice to see Revs , As i recall the co. is in talks with a large co. on a JV and they're trying to low ball us . I think we have enough cash to keep aquiring properties and it certainly sends a signal that we are not desperate and will not enter into a JV with out getting what we deserve ! ofcourse all in my opinion
