Re ; Prospect  offering

I've  done  other  private  placements  in  the  past , I  don't  know  any  of  the  legal  end  of  public  info  regarding  them .  But  they  are  not  public  offerings  , they're  private  offerings . I  think  on  some  prospectus  it  stats  that  conditions  can  change  and  the  co.  can  close  out  the  offering  or  change  the  amout  at  any  time  if  material  events  happen  like  they  hit  the  jackpot  they  might  raise  the  price 3  to4  times  higher  or  close it  out !
