about  2  or  3  months  ago , It was  not  the  only  thing  on  my mind  at  the  time  when  i  posted  about  it  a  few  weeks  ago !  But  i  got  a  conversion  reminder  from  tono  regarding  my  other  warrants  to  be  exercised  in  may , Any  way  i  found  me  chicken  scratch  notes .    Tono  holds  20  mil  shares  of  prospect  and  APPROX   16 - 17  mil  shares  are  out  in  retail  investors  hands  via  the  placement ! They're  still  raising  capitol  for  prospect  , So  the  total  #  of  shares   i  don't  know .
