sounds  like  the  float  for  prospect  would  be  2.4  mil  shares  pryor  to  the  co  filing  the  right  form  to  sell  shares ?????????

If  thats  the  case  i  guess  mike's  it  coulg  be  huge  would  kinda  be  conservative  i  think !!

 What's  yuor  thoughts ?
