AK , I have cert's in both , the names are different , Tonogold and Prospect . But i never gave it much thought how the money would change hands . GOOD POINT !! maybe tono has a percentage of prospect if they sell it off ? Don't know , Lower the exercise price was to reward shareholders i guess , They have to raise money one way ro another to keep the deals a coming , the tighter group of shareholders the better i think !
