Don,t forget,

Lori said we are gonna be working on the other Peruvian properties as well. Lloyd will be needed to start and direct the work processes there. I believe the Tesoro should be operating fine now, with maybe a check here and there on progress.

Most of the people involved with the CB before we bought it, are back on board with us, including the original CB geo. This group can undoubtedly guide that project. The Vilcoro would need Lloyd to instigate any new work, IMO. The existing workers/geos on Tesoro, can undoubtedly continue work on the other Chance properties surrounding the Tesoro, IMO.
