I think Peru will be a safe investment area for the short term . I would like to get a reasonable offer rather than a low ball one thats excepted, if it looks like we could have an enormous amount of gold. The fact is, right now we need more info on the property to better guess if we do. Maybe she should have 4-6 rigs on the property rather than 1, to speed this up if she thinks its worthy of an early sale. Like you, I say the time is now, not to let this drag on.
