Sculp, may I first thank you for all the DD and educational info you have given me and to so many investors here on this board. I firmly belive that it would be a loss for all (or at least those that appriciate such tunacious work), if you were not to continue to add to this board. I'm sure all this negativity and complaining lately must make you feel as if your work is not appriciated, however, I don't think it is the case with most people on this board.

I think that with this past week's volatility and disappointing nr, a lot of newer and some long time investors have voiced their frustration, to the point of trying to find some and any way to "show them" that the shareholders are dissatisfied.

I think that these opinions will/would change when the sp moves up drastically in the next few weeks.

Regarding the Board of directors: Considering that the company is working with reputable accounting and legal firms, I believe that these firms will automatically also act as consultants to SLI and if it would seem the right thing to do for the company, they would likely advise to make changes to the corporate structure, be it additional directors or more of them or other aspects of the make-up.

It is my opinion, that a lot of investors have a lot of concerns, but have a little over-reacted lately. they will realize that none of them know everything in regards to running this company or many other ones. It always looks easier from the outside.

So let's see what the next 2 weeks bring, but Sculp, reconsider! You are valued!
