As You can see below, Elementos 79 was incorporated ~ a month before Lori attempted to sell the Cueva Blanca. Any securities authority and rcmp would blatantly see how this was breaking at least one securities law, but also, the blatant Panama offshore connection.

 To be blunt, Lori and crew WERE mining the Cueva Blanca and were looking for a way on paper to declare royalties from gold sales from the property. Also, the funneling of gold sales through the off shore entity Elementos, would ensure that Lori and crew paid NO taxes on profits. When You follow the Elementos connections backwards, You see that it is connected with an umbrella group that includes certain aspects/agencies of the Canadian Government, in the least.

 I will also say here that Google has appeared to censor some of the St Elias Historic information, which is very suspicious. Nevertheless, no matter how much attempts are made at censoring and removing information from the internet, it is always retrievable because everything ever written on the internet is encrypted into the mainframe and exists for all time.  I wish to further say that governments and law enforcement agencies know this, and knows that nothing can be hidden, however, they play "dumb"  and allow the crimes they are partisan to, to continue.
