The company "Elemento" that Lori said an LOI was signed with to sell the Cueva Blanca, was found during the Panama Papers, an investigative report and disclosure of many secretive off shore accounts. Elementos was incorporated only about 1 month BEFORE Lori released the news release that an LOI was signed with them. Elemento is registered in Panama and linked to another off shore tax haven, Belize. Elementos intermediate is Bond & Company, which has many connections throughout the Panama Papers and what they revealed.

 I will add here that Lori paid off the Cueva Blanca community with a considerable amount of cash in U.S. dollars to allow for SLI to continue operating on the Cueva Blanca, and most likely, the lucrative mine situated on the Cruz vein WHICH SAT PHOTOS SHOW A MINE SHAFT INTO.
