Wouldn't we all.  Unfortunately it would at least appear that whomever is responsible either has this too far down on their to -do list, thus we are not a priority, or there really is something very fishy going on.   With all.that had been presented to the authorities I would have to lean towards the latter.  Just my opinion though.
