As with many companies, the azimuths and dips were not put out in a news release. But if you look at other companies drill results, there is a note somewhere on the NR stating that full results can be found on their web page or on Sedar.
Since SLI does not have their newest web page online anymore, and the old one only goes up to 2010, I checked out Sedar.
On January 23, 2012, St. Elias filed a Material Change report regarding the results of the first 11 holes drilled on the Tesoro.
Lo and behold, there are no azimuths or dips!!
Now of course, this is not surprising to me or many others, but what is surprising is that you keep saying that you have seen these azimuths years ago. If they weren't reported on Sedar, then they obviously weren't available to the public...unless of course another rule was broken.
