Exactly my point Steve. There was no recorded work done to the claim. So why did she pay Jeff and/or Lloyd $120,000.00 for a property that they bought only weeks earlier for $20,000.00 only to let it lapse. Someone made a sizable profit and it sure wasn't the shareholders.
