I beg to differ. Authorities are/were in fact not involved. We reviewed the situation with a full complement of professionals (geologists, CAs and lawyers) due to the ahem...vocal shareholder base. Every single piece of correspondence was reviewed. Where necessary we interacted with the company to address certain issues. However, I would estimate that over 90% of the correspondence we received was found to be irrelevant with no basis in law.
This conspiracy theory garbage is really quite troubling. There is no factual basis for it. If I could sum up the company in one sentence it would be this:
SLI was a poorly managed company with an interesting, but uneconomical asset that caught fire due to network effects.
