Murray was fired with just cause, just cause she wanted to fire somebody because she never recieved 51% of SLI by shareholders votes, that is why she started IDG with her having 51% and then leased the Peruvian property's from SLI to IDG. The one that should have been fired was her cause she forgot to renew the permits on the Carmy property in BC that had 280 holes drilled proving a molybdenum mine, to much wine makes you forget why you are CEO I quess  IMO
