When I last looked, SLI was quite insolvent. And insiders were the principal creditors. Meaning you'd have to pay off Lori and others, or negotiate a percentage payout. I figure out of spite she'd not be very nice. 

So maybe if there was sufficient interest, I'd have a chat with Brophy first to see if he thought efforts might be worthwhile, or if there is a way to scoop the property from Minera Santa Elisa. The Peruvian government has no loyalty to SLI.
