You seem not to have your facts straight. Lori is not an Officer or Director of IGD. My look at recent events and their timing suggests that she may have been pushed out. She may not even remain a shareholder.

All too typical of some here, not knowing the facts. 

I had considered the opportunity of a quick in and out trade when the company successfully raised money a few months ago, thinking there might, just might be a strategy and a pop. Waited, there was no strategy, kept my powder. Glad I did.
