Only one individual is associated with all three companies I believe. The activities of the three companies I also believe are unrelated, aside from the associated individual.

That person may think it is unfair and improper to infer a relationship between or amongst any of the companies and SLI, a company that from pretty much all appearances is not carrying on business anymore. 

I'd very likely feel similarly.
