I sent this letter below to the OSC briefly outlining the TSX violations, in Dec of 2014.
Letter I just sent to OSC,
Dear Sirs and Madams,
I request that the RO; (Recognition Order), for the TSX Venture Exchange be revoked due to non enforcement issues and negligence with respect to the St Elias Mines Ltd shareholders numerous requests for enforcement and reconciliation, evident in numerous attempts, to save their investment. Under Parts 4,5 and 6 of this RO, it is evidenced that the Maple Group,
owners of the TMX Group, are under violation and breach of this RO.
To Further, it is the OSC obligation to enforce this request in the matters of public interest, and uphold the integrity of the finacial Markets in Canada. Any non action by the OSC in this matter, will be perceived as a violation of at least, the laws that the OSC must adhere to and operate under. It is further requested that all employees/staff, dealing with this request, release their full names and position within the OSC under applicable disclosure and transparency laws of Canada, to I Richard Jewers.
A non reply to this request may be considered as an act of negligence.
