If this could be done under ''Canadian law''??? In this case it would not be allowed because we all know that the authorities are corrupt and are involved in this sorry attempt to steal this investment from the shareholders. Within this investment LAWS ARE NOT ENFORCED! DEMOCRACY IS NOT ALLOWED! and CANADIAN LAW IS A JOKE!! REMEMBER THE 2012 AGM!,&THE 2013 AGM!
