''It's been 5 years since this stock traded. Most investors have gone to their original investment institution to have SLI stocks taken off of their personal trading list to use as a tax right off and also so they won't be charged monthly administration for holding those shares. In turn, these same shares can not be resold so they must be taken off of SLI's outstanding shares list. Once this is done, this person can no longer claim to be a shareholder.
