Aim, I belive I spoke with a Geneva representative on this matter in the past. Here is an excerpt from a past MDA that shows the costs were shared by both parties suggesting an out of court compromise. Not to negate the actual instigation of the quarrell, problems with who actually held the concessions.

Also, when I spoke to an Ansell Corp representative on a very similar matter they had with SLI/Lori, the problem seemed to be the same, who actually owned the concessions that a jv was going to be agreed upon.

It became very evident to me upon these discussions a few years back, that the actual owners of these concessions and supporting documents presented the problem.

I wonder if Barrick is a silent partner somehow in the ownership of the Vilcoro, if so, it would explain a lot of things and would appear to make perfect sense. I recall the persuasion power Barrick once had in all the system including certain justice systems and being spoken of as a notorious intimidator to get what it wanted, of course, Barricks power has been stripped since then.

I belive the above info I am alluding to, was presented to regulators and the RCMP, however I am not certain, for both authorities refused to interview me and never asked for more valuable information that I had assurred them I was in receipt of. I hope in any future public reports that the reasons why I was not contacted for this information fully nor interviewded in any investigation, is blatantly explained. A lead is a lead in any criminal case, regardless if it came from a considered nut or not. ;)
