A little reminder for the ones that are blaming the shareholders for halting the private placement before the 2012 AGM....it was stopped only to prevent management from getting majority vote. Lori's 1500 shares weren't quite enough to vote herself back in as CEO.

That being said, she certainly could have had a private placement following the AGM, and in 2014 she did just that. I even phoned her to get in on it, and she said she would email me the info (which she never did).

In the end, she only raised $10,000.00
