What like reinvesting some of the money taken out last time when the price was high?

The only problem there is that if it's allowed at a low price, management then gain the number of votes required to out vote existing shareholders, and regain control.

Does anyone know if there is a mimimum subcription price for new shares when the company is delisted?

I would imagine not, but that is a guess and hopefully someone knows for sure.
