What sort of deal dose Lori want to negotiate?

Why would Lori want to negotiate with shareholders now? She sure as hell did not want to ever negotiate with shareholders at any time before!

You say you are not Lori, Why would Lori not be here instead of you if she wants to negotiate some sort of deal with the shareholders?
