Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Sculpin: as of the here and now, the company is insolvent or very soon will be if there are not changes made to your method of thinking. The company cannot generate money through a PP because shareholders have barred that avenue, and they cannot promote the company because there is nothing to offer except promises that they may or may not be able to keep. I cannot pay bills or eat promises. Since the delisting there are no shares to be used as incentive. Sadly, no one works for free, lays their reputation on the line for free or even pays for something that has little chance of recovery.
Be careful what you say. If it isn’t in a news release or documented court case, information given is hard core speculation. If information is not correct, you can be sued again for damaging a reputation. Didn’t you learn from your first deformation suit, or do we need to try it again?
There are rules and regulations in this world that no one including you is above.
