There are those among you who believe that Brent Johnson and Jorge Lopehandia have stolen $5 Million dollars from you.
I cannot say whether or not this is true as I do not know these men nor the situation personally. What I can tell you however is that there are many entrepreneurs in Canada that have been made to look like absolute crooks by Financial Regulators like the BCSC that are nothing more then mob extortion rackets.
Guilty men do not fight this hard for the truth, they find ways to hide and disappear. Those currently attacking Mr.Johnson and Mr. Lopenhandia would be wise to see how this all plays out before making the ultimate decision, if they were guilty logic dictates we will soon know for sure. However it must be considered that perhaps what they say is true, if it is then there is no way they can pay out the money, launch a mine and deal with all the BS from Barrick and the corrupted regulators at the same time.
I know what its like trying to juggle these things while shareholders have their hand out wanting their money back thinking you the thief. Meanwhile the lawyers and the regulators are laughing all the way to the bank with your money.
There are shareholders in our company who still believe we took $1.7 Million dollars from them, when regulators fail their duties to maintain the integrity of the market and uphold the rule of law it can make innocents look very guilty.
This is done on purpose by the colonial type powers who use these methods to divide and conquer. I can assure you that in Canada the regulators are every bit as corrupt as Mr. Lopehandia has indicated. You may see the following links for some idea of the scope.

You can see numerous reports here submitted to the Banking Ombudsman regarding widespread fraud among the regulators. Every report to the Ombudsman concludes the same thing 13 Canadian Provincial Securities Commissions are all a sham, they operate on lies and extort the public under the guise of protection.
