Well it looks like Lori has played her cards extremely well. By listing under NEX, she was not bound to publish the financials, so we as shareholders have no idea what she has been up to.
We may be bankrupt, or we may be thriving from gold sales.
Don't tell me that she could not find 2 directors to sit on the board and remain on the TSX.
Why did she stay listed on the NEX for so long? And what is to become of our Peruvian subsiduary?
According to the Peru income tax department SUNAT, Minera Santa Elisa still employs 2 people, so it appears something is still happening there.
I guess the only thing left is to see is if our properties are renewed or if she lets them lapse.
It's unfortunate that she never accepted, or even responded to the offer that was made to her to buy the claims!!! She obviously doesn't want it in our hands!!!
