Under 43-101, oral comments by Lori also fall under this regulation. I think of her recorded comments in the audio we have of the 2011 AGM. One discrepency may be her saying that Quantec was on the property guiding the drill plan, when Quantec says they were not. So, someone is lying.

An RCMP investigative officer is quoted as saying; "she obviously lied", after a consultation with Quantec in Toronto, leaves us with many unanswered questions, that we are entitled to. Did the RCMP officer mean that Lori lied about the drill results, or somehow manipulated the Quantec data? Either way, there are misleading statements by her, which fall under criminal law.

I must say, I do not believe the Quantec data to be compromised because historic data and no public comment made by Quantec in any defence, has materialized. But, getting right to the point, its impossible to dill those anomalies and have no consistent mineralization, so we are right back to where Lori is concealing property information and as a result, has lied and been deceptive in her news releases from 2012 onward.
