In conjunction with this, Lori and Jeff met with a shareholder in Aug/Sept of 2011, a few months into drilling and trenching, which began in May of 2011.

Lori was very excited at the time of that meeting, bursting with information that she wanted to share with this SLI investor. Jeff warned her that she could not share detail of the information she knew, to anyone not considered an insider. What Lori was able to share with this investor, (and the BCSC and other authorities have this on file, to my understanding), is that; " the shareholders are going to be very very happy with what is about to be released in the near future". She at that time also asked Jeff; "can I tell him Jeff?", Jeff said "no". Also, another very important quote from Lori at that engagement; " the geologists called me from Peru, they are very excited".

One important thing to look at in this sort of testimony from the SLI investor, is the DATE of this meeting. The date of the meeting is during drilling and the PP that Lori was executing which saw ONLY Lori and her close family and friends being ALLOWED to participate. It becomes very EVIDENT that Lori KNEW THEN what was found in the drilling and trenching on the property. It was also around this time that Don Ronning, (IR person for SLI) called me and said; " I am telling you this now so you will not be alarmed and know what is going on, in a few months, we are going to HIT the stock to shake out some shareholders and allow for some big guys to get some shares, and to take this home" (these may have not been exact words or wording, but the message is undeniable).

Anyone that IS UNABLE to see the conspiracy here, is intentionally ignoring it and/or is a part of it and is trying to cover its butt in the PUBLIC eye by continuously attacking others credibility publicly in conjunction with distorting and manipulating fact. Anyone doing the above should realize, that this is an open and shut case, the facts supporting the conspiracy are incontestable. I suggest for any supporters of the conspiracy to separate shareholders from their right and property, to stand back and come clean to authorities with what you know. I also remind you that cooperation presents consideration in sentencing and reprimand.
