An excellent post Pax! I can share a rumour.

To my knowledge, preliminary legal action is currently being taken against at least the BCSC by another group/company. If and when this becomes more public, it will open a band wagon to investors to further hold the BCSC and other regulators accountable for their negligence and jeopardy caused to investors.

What I am receiving so far, is that the BCSC LIED in some proceedings involving another company. As far as I know, this documentation may be instrumental in proving that aspects of the BCSC is also fraudulent.

I will also add here, there is also documentation and testimony in existence which shows a senior investigative officer of the ASC perhaps involved in fraudulent market activity.

In the past, I have sent several requests to the OSC and Public Safety Ministers office, to open investigations/inquiries into the TSX, BCSC,ASC AND RCMP. The aforementioned were sent enough blatant evidence that would secure the need for investigations into these corporate and authoritative arms. One of the illegal things pointed out to them, was the misleading, enticing and luring instruments contained in the prospectus of the Maple Group (several of Canada's major banks and a couple Pension Funds) in their purchasing and taking over of the TSX Exchange. This is huge also, and in a just world and one of building transparency, the issues there must be addressed by law as well. If this comes to the forefront of the mainstream media and publics attention, great fines will be required to be levied against the owners of the TSX. Also to couple, is the fraudulent MM dynamic, which has the capability of even shutting down the TSX until integrity laws are installed and a fair market place, as promoted by the TSX, is constructed/installed. But this is difficult to patch up in this manner, because the foundation of the markets are built on FRAUDULENT practises anyway. From the Divine perspective, anything not built on truth, or anything built on deception at this time, must dissolve, this also includes anything on an individual basis as well. So, very interesting and good times we are presently in.
