I agree fully with this statement of yours Kherson;
"Folks, never forgot that our Provincial Securities Regulators, especially the BCSC and the ASC are trying to cover up the fraud that is now present in the Markets, instead of rooting it out, exposing it and punishing those responsible!"
I wish to comment on this and perhaps add some more observations that support your statement.
What I notice by reviewing charges and convictions of the Securities Regulators, is that they appear to target the little individual traders/ manipulators in the markets. The regulators appear to purposely use their resources on finding little traders that worked the market the same way the Banks and clique does, and charge the little guy for doing "illegal" things that are perfectly "legal" for the Banks and Clique, because of how Securities Laws are written. For simple example; MM,s are ALLOWED to manipulate stocks, while in law, it is ILLEGAL for everyone else. This biasm is a blatant indication of the fraud and corruption that the Securities aid and abet in covering up. Common sense is all it takes for anyone to see that there is NO FAIR MARKET PLACE and that the false promotion by the Regulators is a luring, an enticementof the little guy when they say they are there to establish integrity.
What I have seen, and I know others here have as well, is that the focus by ALL authority in most cases is ON the one who brings suspicious activity to the attention of these authorities. The authorities will intentionally twist a so called investigation BACK upon anyone trying to expose the crime. This is done intentionally by the authorities in attempts to silence and disuade any member of the public in exposing the fraudulent activity, a trick by authorities to keep the fraud in place by "squishing the bugs", sort to speak.
If you look at the phony financials of Securities Regulators, the BCSC for example, you see pretty much a balanced budget with them. Meaning, that their expenses,salaries etc, pretty much equal the amount of fines,fees and orders they collect yearly. You see that most of the FINE REVENUE comes from little guys in the market, while there is really NO big fine revenue nor legal action taking against the big companies and Banks. So, the little guys that try to manipulate the market a bit for his own benefit are seeked out and used as scapegoats to make it APPEAR that regulators are protecting the public, while the big fraudsters continue the fraudulent activity without distraction or cost.
All events in market places around the world are orchestrated. The price drop in your oil is orchestrated. The current market crash is orchestrated. The media is owned by the big market players and is used as a directional tool for the markets to steer the tide. BEFORE any major crash ever happens in a market, SHORT positions are taken up on all stocks, most of this info is kept from the public and the books shown to the public. There are so many secretive "pools" in the markets that the public do not know exist, like the "dark pool" for instance, where huge short positions are hidden. Another secretive tool used, is the "Anonymous" application for a trading house, which is deceiving to the public, but allowed and legal,lol.
These market crashes are HUGE money grabs for the CRIMINALS because of the short positions they have, that ALLOWS them to cream the markets, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, creaming ALL the gains any of your pension funds may have had since 2009. Its all the little guys gains over the last few years that they are raking in in these crashes, then they repeat the cycle every so many years, keeping the working guy always working, feeding them.
Look at the blatant FRAUDULENT game being played with the oil price. Is there really any more or less oil in the world, NO, ITS RIDICULOUS HOW THEY PLAY THE GAME,and people believe the controlled media to conform and support the fraudulent orchestrated steering mechanisms. Look at the price you are being charged at the pumps for gas. Does this make sense ? One of the reasons the pump price is still high, is because of the tax revenue the governments are stealing from the little guy. Common sense will tell anyone that with the price of oil being this low, the price per litre at the pump should only be around 25 cents. So this alone is a red flag. When economics you were taught in school does not apply to the real world, what does this tell you? It tells you that you are taught a lie, that you are conditioned and fooled into believing that everything is just and is run that way.
