What Primed has missed in his post/thoughts is, what was truly the need for McElhanny?
Common sense would suggest that where Lori stated at the 2011 AGM that where Quantec was guiding the drill plan and working with SLI on a day to day basis, there was no need for other expertise in that area. Upon deductive reasoniing, the only other uses for Mc,s service would be for a resource estimate or perhaps, a misallocation of SLI funds.
Quantec delivered a CONCISE drill plan and interpretation of their data. Quantec, being highly professional, needs not an engineering firm to interpret their data, this is nonsense.
The only thing Mc could offer to SLI at that stage was engineering and planning of mining structure and/or a resource calculation with what areas to target mining first. It was also possible that Mc was consulted and employed in developing the Cueva Blanca mining of the Cruz Vein, of which reasonable evidence supports.It would seem a cart before the horse scenario for Lori to even employ Mc at and early stage, UNLESS, she had pertinent information about the property that she did not release to the public, that would justify contracting the services of an engineer of mining. So, another inconsistency with the depiction of the Tesoro advancement, and the Robert Krause report which states the property as uneconomical. There is no escape for Lori, her counterparts and all involved in this injustice.
If you look at this excerpt below about McElhanney, it gives you a little more unstanding of who part of its clientele is;
MCSL has completed projects throughout Canada and in over 70 countries for government, the private sector and international financial institutions.
