They (RCMP, TSX, BCSC,ASC, ETC) also have more things that were never posted here. Perhaps, if anyone doubting how "cut and dried" this should have been, review all evidence to date again, and remind yourselves of the conspicuous crimes and the underlying intent. Then ask yourself "why has nothing been done?"

In November of 2012, a group of shareholders met in Vancouver with representatives from the BCSC and TSX Compliance Department, I cannot quite remember, but there seems to me that perhaps there were also a couple other authority reps present as well. The group of shareholders shared all the evidence they had at that time with these reps. I was not there, but was told, that it attracted the reps attention quite handsomely, what the shareholders were sharing and disclosing, to the point that the reps mouths fell open by times and did a lot of scribbling notes in referrence to the information the shareholders were presenting, and very importantly, explaining. The authorities in this case has no defence of ignorance, they have been informed many times and do not follow up. The RCMP in their supposed investigation, had shareholders that offered evidence and information intimidated in such a way, that the RCMP seemed to focus their questions on the individual shareholder offering information, rather than following up upon and asking questions on what the shareholders were seeing as perhaps criminal. I for one, offered more info and testimony other than I initially shared with the BCSC and RCMP upon them requesting it when ready, they never requested this other info and I know they had no intentions of gathering this info. Their main interest appeared to interrogate investors which could very well lead to advertent dissuasion of any investor conveying all and new evidence. This action by the RCMP, as well as the similar action by the BCSC is not professional and clearly expresses an intent on their part.

The intent being, to sweep this under the rug because of what a real investigation will disclose; a financial system that is partisan and in collusion to continuously rob the lower classes or anyone who is not in the know with how the markets really work. How to win against such a controlled and corrupt system?, we are already doing it, winning, by constantly sharing this corruption and spreading awareness, with the public and employees of the authoritative agencies. In time........
