This is what I am saying, it is futile to exercise any legal channels within the Canadian judicial system.

And no, we do NOT have to live with decisions that someone else made for us. The huge infringement upon our rights that were supposedly contained within written law is quite obvious and cannot be denied by any judicial arm that is a foundation in integrity and righteousness.

Where the infamous Robert Krause Report depicted a dismal potential for the Tesoro, I am curious as to why the company would create the illusion that they continue to test. Further more, where the CEO intended to let the Tesoro claims lapse, why would she even continue to sample?
