I will go with the "Tesoro having lots of gold", for the simple reason; if it didn't, Lori and others would have been locked up a long time ago because of the incontestable evidence and the blatant violations of Securities Laws and the actual criminal acts of fraud.

For investigative and enforcement units NOT to prosecute such blatant crime, strongly suggests that big money is preventing any prosecution to the degree that even the integrity of the financial and judicial systems is blatantly compromised. For the big money to influence the financial and judicial system to the degree it has thus far in connection to this stock, clearly suggests the VALUE and what is at stake.
