In one recording done by John Doe, he speaks with Harold Waller, an agent/supervisor for Energold, which drilled the Tesoro. In this recording Harold claims that Bradley Brothers drilled a few holes before Energold ever started drilling the Tesoro. This exposes dishonesty by Lori, which proves intent of fraud.

No news release ever stated that Bradley Brothers ever drilled Tesoro.

More importantly, news releases show Energold started drilling at the earliest, in June 2011. Lori did a huge PP of around 2 million shares in Aug of 2011. If Bradley Brothers drilled BEFORE Energold, this means that Lori had information from those few drill holes, possibly even BEFORE June 2011. We know that drill core could easily be sampled on site, and if rich enough, a visual would suffice. Lori, close friends and family took most of that PP. Lori would not have did such a greed based PP at that high of a stock price, unless she was pretty confident, this confidence was appeased from the information obtained from the few holes drilled BEFORE June 2011, the holes never released to the public.
