I'm sure there are many more stories similar to yours out there that should be shared.

My personal story is somewhat the same, although I didn't get into this stock until a few years later than you. We too were self employed and invested a large portion of our retirement fund into SLI. Unforturnately, my husband fell ill, and we had no choice but to sell our company. Now, instead of living on a comfortable retirement income, we depend on our meger savings and the paltry income from my part time job.

In hind sight, no one is to blame except for ourselves for believing so much in this company and putting all our eggs in one basket. If there truly was no gold there, and if the CEO had been truthful and respectful towards her loyal investors, I would have bowed out gracefully and resigned myself to the fact that it was simply a bad investment.

But that isn't the case. Why were the leases renewed? Why wasn't a news release put out telling us that they were paid? Why is SLI paying the quarterly fees to stay listed on the NEX exchange? Why hasn't she excepted any offers on the property since they are unviable? Why did John Brophy not write the report that Robert Krause wrote?

Believe me, I am still yelling, and there are people still listening.
