All of the stalling tactics further increase the onus on BCSC etc, including management. To put it simply, the interests of shareholders and the public, has not been upheld, this depicts the negligence side of law very well in our favor, actually uncontestable.

I have enough evidence alone, to put this in a just court, with rewards for shareholders coming from ALL government agencies and more. Even employees of the agencies are not immune.
