It seems to me that if the company was so close to being broke, they should not have paid their high priced lawyers to initiate a 60+ page civil suit case. It is apparent to me that they had no intention of seeing it through, it was just another way to deplete the treasury and to try and get the shareholders to cower in the corner.

Take me, for example. Management knows my name and if you look under my avatar, you can see where I live. Now if you google Darwell, you will see that it has a population of 12. I'm sure if they would have sent someone to serve me papers, at least one of the other 11 people that live here could have steered them in the right direction!
