Message: Calgary presentation

Below I have posted Mr. Krause's unqualified opinion of the Tesoro, Following that (in corresponding colors) are Lori's statements from the Calgary presentation.

Mr. Krause has also concluded, through his investigations, that, in his view, the Tesoro property is not currently economically viable to put into production due to the logistical hurdles, required capital costs, proximity to nearest water source and, fundamentally, the narrow-vein nature of the Tesoro gold veins.

Calgary Presentation:

31:00 minute mark:

The previous work that we did, which was underground drifting in that grid like pattern on the C1 vein, that paid for itself 90%.

We could at anytime go back and pull the gold out and it’s great. We’ve got the gold no matter what….it’s just that we want more.

Calgary Presentation:

9:56 minute mark:

There is a major river that doesn’t run through our property but is close enough to be handy but not close enough to cause any environment issues for us, so it’s a real nice location.

Calgary Presentation

28:15 minute mark

We already know we got narrow veins, we know we have gold.
