Imo the importance of our one main asset is far superior to anything Enron related and for that reason I believe we are where we are and have not seen similar occurances. I'm counting on zero assistance from the system "unless" a certain CEO happens to find her way under the bus to get things rolling. Just my personal thoughts. I wouldn't want to be Lori. What is left for perceived managenent tactics to gain back control of this company/tesoro? Or is that why we are still suspended? Were things going in the wrong direction from a management standpoint? Is this about self preservation? All I know is nobody will be convinced this property has little to no value. A compromise is an absolute necessity imo.
