To keep this short and sweet, this bill in part,if not whole, is an attempt at silencing the disclosure that journalistic sources are revealing to the public. For example; the Luxenbourg Leaks, by the ICIJ, that revealed CRA,s involvement in off shore accounts and schemes as well as the RCMP pension fund being involved as well.
With this new bill, although these things were hidden from public, it could be a simple enforcement of the anti terror bill, that WOULD prevent any further disclosure of the Canadian Governments questionable deeds over the years, as being a threat to the country,s security. For the government to even make this desparate attempt at censorship, what else are they hiding to try to prevent from becoming public? lol
