This is just a small exploration/mining company, and yes these companies usually run with no to very little debt. Debt is initially instilled when the company does a financing other than a share offering, which is usually funds that provide venture capital. Debentures are commonly used by major companies, but still can be employed by little guys as well.
To my knowledge, funds were only raised by this company through share offerings with no obligatory attachments. Any and all debt had to disclosed in the financials and without looking right now, it is minimal.
