Trojanmoose, I have read your post here on Agoracom that was on the "off-topic" forum, several days ago. I respect your post, it has given me, and has confirmed, a greater insight as a result. For this, I am thankful, and it is with respect, that I write this reply now. For anyone that may have missed Trojan,s post that I am replying to, I will paste it here and reply below.
Re: Canada is now under Common Law Jurisdiction:
No it's not. If you believe in this and think that it has any merit regarding recourse in our particular situation, I'm afraid you'll garner less and less support. Perhaps the Church of Scientology could come to our rescue as well??? I respect so much of the work and research you've done regarding SLI, however, this isn't helping any of us. But, if it brings you comfort, then I suppose you're entitled to believe whatever you want.
I'm afraid that the villains win at the end of this movie...but I would love to be proven wrong

I would like to share perspective and by no means do I intend to degrade.
The post trojan is referring to, and the main subject, is that "Canada is now under Common Law jurisdiction".
Trojan, you say that Canada is not under Common Law jurisdiction with confidence, but I must ask, why do you think it is not? And, you correctly identified, that there is less support of this direction. The common denominators here is the PERCEPTION, which is very important. Its because of acceptance and perception that a reality is created, but unbeknownst, there are other realities that exist. Meaning that, just because our fundamental rights may have been taken from us in one society, does not mean that they do not exist in another. A right is to infinity and by only giving your consent to waive your right, does it remain silent. So, it is your right not to accept or perceive the Common Law jurisdiction, but it definitely does not mean that it is a reality. I accept and perceive the Common Law as being an alternative reality, therefore, it DOES exist. And in reality, it has always been here, just ignored, suppressed and not accepted by most.
As for anyone "coming to our rescue", I believe we have all seen by now, that no one from reality number one is going to, therefore reality number two; (Common Law) is a very real option. Its the belief and acceptance of reality number two that gives it strength, hence, the more support, the stronger it becomes. I must add here, that if you did not sign an oath of Canadian Citizenship, that confines you to all aspects encompassed thereof, where does that leave you? In reality, if you haven't, it leaves you somewhere OUTSIDE that goverance, with your full rights intact. You now have many choices, because in reality, you are a free being, whereas you HAVEN'T signed away your consent. Now, that you are a free being, under Universal Law, your rights must be respected and recognized. It is then your choice, being a free being, to join or choose a reality/goverance of your own that honors and protects your rights. It is also your right, to take action against any entity that has caused harm to you, in this case, the government and its agencies that deprived you of your property. And, as a human being with equal rights, no government nor person on this planet can deprive you of this right.
Yes Trojan, the villans do win, but only in reality number one.
I love all you shareholders and truly appreciate all the respect, belief and support you have shown for me over the years. I want you to know, that I remain firm in everything I have written about this investment and understand your choice and acceptance of another reality. I will continue to stand against the injustices served as a result of this investment, even if it means standing alone, unless I am told by a higher voice, to step down.
