This arduous battle against many injustices that SLI investors have suffered, continues and becomes even more extreme. As prudent investors we have tried and exhausted all avenues of protection and assistance under governing Canadian Agencies and their arms, to no avail. To a lesser degree, some International respective aspects as well.We have two choices, accept the total infringment of our rights and security, or not.

If we accept defeat, this is what we are accepting and also condoning. To further, we will also be aiding, abetting, waiving our fundamental rights and cosentually allowing acts of oppression to continue with others in the future. If we accept this, then it is indeed all over. In reality at this point, it is also illegal for us to accept what has transpired under Universal Legislation. There is at least one legal defence for us in the future in any legal proceedings attempted against us as a result of a stand down. The legal defence would be duress/coersion, in which it could be well proven that we had little choice into submitting to illegal acts perpetrated by our governments and more, everything has been documented and admissable in a High Court.

If we continue to stand for justice, our case must be taken above or disassociated with the current legal system of Canada. It will work no other way because our legal system is totally compromised and biased towards our rights and security in this regard. To remain battling within a system as such, is futile for us and we will only suffer further expenses incurred by court costs, because the system is designed to disuade by burden, in this case, financial burden. This is why the Common Law approach, which really supercedes all other Law, is our only hope.

As per my understanding, several Common Law courts are now in place across Canada and have been secured with proper and sufficient office. This means to me, that many courts are now established and functional under the Common Law premise. I had posted this important information here early this morning, but see it has been moved to the off topic forum by Agoracom.

To perhaps simplify and provide a wee bit more of information, without jeopardizing any future action, under Common Law we can bring the Agencies and their employees, including RCMP, before a Common Law Court to answer to their protective accountabilities and the harm that non enforcement has placed upon us shareholders. To simplify again, we are owed a lot of money and the above Agencies and their employees are partially responsible for this debt.

There is no law in force on this planet that takes away your sovereign right and your right to fairness and just,your rights are upheld Universally, and may only be taken away with your consent..
