I see that the CEO was able to purchase a $4,000.00 unit. It is my understanding that the last SLI private placement was set at $10,000.00 increments. This rather large dollar amount deterred most of the interested parties from participating. One would think that in hard times, any amount would be a blessing, regardless of the paperwork involved.
