Molson, can you get the public list of placees in this PP? I would guess that a large portion of this PP was taken up by management, whereas Lori, the CEO, was constantly selling many shares on the public market of IGD in the last several months. Lori,s selling contributed significantly to bringing the stock price down to the .05 level where the PP was endorsed.
